I booked a massage, arrived on location and the 30 minute appointment began. 10 minutes through the massage, another person arrived who had been booked for the same time as me. It turned out that my booking had not been properly registered by the booker while this other person's appointment had been logged (presumably by someone else.) I was told by the masseur to leave, despite having already begun the session I booked for, because whoever had taken my appointment had failed to note it down. There was no attempt to negotiate or offer something else, only that I needed to talk to the boss. When I called up afterwards I couldn't get through to anyone. Their booking system needs serious improvement. Very unprofessional client services.
