Outstanding service! Our heating contract was with a larger operator who after condemning our boiler and telling us we would receive a priority service as we were without heating or hot water failed to respond. Ashley quoted on the Thursday and installed on the Saturday. Behind this he sourced the boiler, collected it from another part of London and arranged for another engineer to help him install in one day. Turned up 7.45am - both Ashley and his colleague Sean did a fantastic job, easy to speak to and discuss the install, tidy, clean and considerate. Absolute professional who goes above and beyond with service that I thought had long gone. He is now our go to, will never go back to the bigger companies.

Ashley came out to us on two occasions. Once to service our boiler, he did it quickly, answered all questions and gave me advice to keep it running well. The second visit was to fix water & heating issues we were having. He was on time, did a thorough job and all is working well now. Would recommend.

Ashley is really nice fellow and a great heating engineer. He came round to power flush our heating system and he was bang on time. Laid down dust protector sheets everywhere. Dismantled the heating pump and replaced it with his power flushing gear. Flushed out all the debris from our radiators and pipes and boiler heat exchanger. He also fitted a new filter to the pipework to collect any debris created in the system at a later date. NOW the central heating system is working beautifully! All the radiators are really hot, the boiler is quiet and so is the pump. I have had our boiler for 12 years and the house is the warmest its ever been! I would give Ashley 10/10 for his skills and expertise. If you need a heating or plumbing job done then I would definitely recommend Ashley.
