I would like to thank Terri and all the staff at Longhurst for the help, consideration and kindness shown throughout the initial arrangement process and the actual service. Obviously it's a situation that no one ever wants to go through but it certainly helps when you are being guided by absolute professionals as yourselves. Now that I am in a better place to be able to look back on the day of the service, I do so with a warm feeling, knowing that Donna could not have been looked after any better. I know that Donna would have completely endorsed our choice of coffin as well. So, for that choice to be available to us was a real boost. Once again Terri, thank you for turning something that was so emotionally overwhelming for all of us, into something that we can now all look back on with fond memories. Kind regards Glenn

When my Mother died this year she had already arranged a pre paid plan through Dignity. I must say I was sceptical when my Parents told us years ago that they had done this as I wondered what sort of service and support we would get once they already had the money. However my fears were completely unfounded. We used the Epsom branch and Terri was amazing. She couldnt have been more helpful. Given we still had COVID-19 restrictions it could have become very disjointed and hard work but Terri made it smooth as possible taking all the work away and helping us at our own pace. Introducing us to a celebrant (Sarah) and a flower shop, also having the hurst driver/organiser call me to discuss plans. they also drove round my parents the day before to ensure no access issues and time the trip so they were not late nor too early to elongate the stress or grief. I can highly recommend Terri at Epsom, in fact I cannot say a single bad thing or anything I was remotely concerned or upset about. This has made me decide to pre arrange and pay for my funeral so I leave my kids no hassle when I go.

Terri was very helpful and understanding of what we wanted, she put us in touch with the lovely celebrant Terry Wright who did us proud at the service. Amanda was also lovely on the day and arranging for everything to go smoothly. Very impressed overall with all the services we received for my fathers funeral.

My father passed away a few weeks before Christmas and the service and support my family and I received from Longhurst was praiseworthy. The manager at the Pound Lane premises was very helpful and no request from our family was too difficult for her. During our first meeting, she was able to explain the funeral process to us in a coherent, calm and sympathetic manner. Everything for the funeral was in place a week before the event, which gave us piece of mind especially as the service was taking place a day after Boxing Day. The funeral itself went smoothly with the cortege arriving to take us to Leatherhead in good time.
