Pound Lane Convenience Store

Absolutely filthy, thick layers of dust on some products and grime all over the place. Mould on bread, and dont even risk the chiller stuff. Used to have a good selection of drinks but not any more, and no date rotation. Has gone right down hill since Karto passed its only become more clear over the time since that he was the only one who paid attention to anything. Its sometimes hard to even get served as the guys are too busy on their phones but when its not you get interrogated as to why you didnt buy anything and the guy tries to get you to buy stuff you dont want instead. Really disgusting in here. Not sure how theyre still allowed to stay open

Terrible customer service. Tried to drop of a ups parcel only to be grunted at saying it not working. Any question was met with further grunts of not working. Not very helpful or convenient!!

refuses to take UPS drop off, claiming a printed sticker is required, despite the shipping option was for the label to be printed at the store, along with horrible manners.
