Found John's details on line - went to him with a shoulder problem which he diagnosed within minutes and has given several exercises to support rehab. I have quickly gone from limited movement and pain to back to normal in a short space of time! Highly recommend

Shortly after I started my running journey, I arranged an appointment to see John over some concerns with a niggle to my knee & back pain. John was amazing with me, he looked at my biomechanics & recognised the immediate issue. John gave me exercises to do daily & massaged the area. He worked his magic! I always recommend John to all my friends who have any sports injuries, I've never heard a bad word! Strongly recommend John. His knowledge is amazing

Always outstanding! I am a ultra runner in his 40s. Due to my age and chosen sport I have needed to visit John several times over the last few years. On every occasion he has helped me out and got me back on track. John is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, and I highly recommend him.

I was recommended John by a friend of a friend. After trying other physios and chiropractors for a back injury I was so impressed with Johns patient centred approach. Identifying the problem quickly and offering a wealth of exercises which have really improved my lower back issues.
