Chilly White Limited

I hired Paul (Chilly White) to provide and serve mulled wine at WinterFest (internal event at FSCS). The first thing I noticed about Paul was his gentle, kind and polite nature. No stone was left unturned with Paul, he was always on hand to provide his invaluable experience about our event from our initial contact when we were unsure to which service would work best right through to the minor details on the day of the event as we discussed the positioning of the mulled wine stall and what would work best for our staff. Paul was a delight to work with - he was very personable, looked the part, played the part (in costume) and the mulled wine tasted absolutely delicious. I'd go as far to say the best mulled wine that I have had - a sentiment echoed by many of our staff that I spoke with on the evening. Paul was communicative throughout and no question was too big or too small and Paul was only too happy to help. At the event itself, Paul really embraced the moment and joined in with the spirit of our event with our carol singing and celebrations. Paul's work ethic is admirable and he stayed beyond his scheduled time allotment to ensure that the last remaining drops of mulled wine were served up. Credit to the quality of Chilly White's product because we had plenty of other drinks available to our staff. Paul worked the evening with a smile on his face and engaged with all of our staff providing professionalism throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul and Chilly White to colleagues, friends, and family in the future. An absolute gentleman and credit to his profession. Thanks Paul.

Paul and his team provided sweet and savoury crepes for my friends garden party and not one person was disappointed. Great concept, with a large variety of crepes that had everyone coming back for more!

Paul and his team provided us with the most amazing selection of festive ice-creams and canaps for our 2019 corporate Christmas celebration which were a huge hit by our staff and their families. We asked Chilly White to cater for a breakfast event. We were very impressed with the level of service we received. Paul went above and beyond to ensure all diary requirements were catered for. We received fantastic feedback and we will certainly use him again.
