        We arrived without an appointment, as just wanted to find a plot that has just come up for sale. Couldn't find it as no clear directions, ideally they need a map of the whole site online with the parts that are/are not accessible. We then went to the office as the banner outside clearly stated "please ring the doorbell and we'll be happy to help". We only wanted to know if the plot was accessible and to look at the neighbouring show home. Rang the bell, could see people inside; I was left standing out in the rain for a few minutes. Rang the bell again, and the lady jumped up, answered and rudely said "I'm with someone" so I asked if she'd be long and she just said something along the lines of "quite possibly" and that was that. Door shut in my face. Why have a banner asking me to ring the bell if you're just going to talk to me like I am a nuisance? She was not HAPPY to help.
