Terrible service clearly out to rip people off!! tried selling our 2020 car with only 15,000 miles on in perfect condition online valuation returned at 16,170 we booked appointment and attended the following morning after looking the car & documents over the lady came back and offered 15,100 at the same time as saying she couldnt fault the car or documentation after questioning why there was 1000 difference it was because there was a extra 700 mile on than was stated online so we politely declined & left around 1hr later I received a phone call from the area manager asking us to reconsider and tried pressuring us to sell again I declined! Out of curiosity I then went back online done another valuation with the exact mileage and that returned a valuation of 16,000 this is clearly the tactics to lure people in my advice would be avoid!!
