        Home is unclean. Manager cuts corners and unsupportive. Lack of maintenance in the home. Not safe at all! Paperwork and issues are covered up. low staff morale.... would not send family here.

        This company have a bad reputation When I spoke to acas a number of complaints were made. I wouldnt work here again they treat you with no respect and over work the staff making them do 14 hour shifts and then put you back on in the morning which is illegal! do not work here you will regret it!

        UPDATE! You will see since my review there have been several FAKE reviews all gone on at the same time. Another ploy by this owner. Discusting people that our out line their own pockets ONLY! Trust the local guides and not these fake accounts! Just shows what a lowlife this owner is with making fake reviews!! Keep clear of this place. Terrible management don't care about staff or residents. They use intimidation to get what they want, home has gone down hill since they have owned it. One of the only 5 star reviews on here is by the owner Nick, underhanded management please keep your loved ones clear of this place!!!
