We can't even begin to express how lovely it was working with Vicki - she is just so wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and patient with us as first time buyers and it really felt like she cared about our situation and us wanting to relocate to our home town on the coast to be closer to our families (after missing them during lockdowns!) and it felt like she held our hand every step of the way. She was direct and to the point and no messing around which I loved and she was so efficient getting all the information over to us and requesting documents etc from us so that we could help her to help us. It really did feel like a VIP service and she even had the ability to chase our solicitors/anyone else in the background on our behalf and kept us up to date all the time. At first I hesitated a bit as I was worried about getting our Agreement in Principle as I'm self employed and only had 1 year of accounts but this was absolutely no problem for Vicki and she explained our options in great detail and also got us really good deals on our rate along with life cover and was so sensitive and caring whilst arranging these for us. I would 100% reccomend Vicki and the team at Mindful Mortgages and I will not hesitate to get back in touch when we need any help in the future. Imagine the headache of not having a mortgage broker and having to do it all yourself? No thanks! Just make a call to Vicki & the team, you won't regret it. I recently just did a remortgage with Mindful Mortgages. I think the thing that surprised me was how easy it all was, I didn't really have to do much! If you're looking for a mortgage and are already busy then you should use Mindful Mortgages because they just take the hassle away. Sam and her team have a real passion for a lot more than just making sure you get the best mortgage deal and I'd definitely recommend them.

Sam is definitely redefining the feelings associated with the word mortgage. Normally, remortgaging, buying or selling, leads to stress, frustration and anxiety. However, working with the Mindful Mortgages team was a refreshing experience, informative and professional, filled with empathy and reassurance, even with all of the unexpected challenges.
