Savage automotive & Recovery

Have used this company a few times now and the owner is a Brilliant guy . Very down to earth but professional at the same time . Needed a service on my Harley. Not the cheapest but was more than happy to pay extra for the level of service that was provided . He knew what he was doing and explained what was needed and why it was needed . Can not recommend enough . !!

I came upon this service due to it's seemingly outstanding customer reviews. My car had broken down at home and I was in urgent need to get it fixed (living in a rural area). Ryan came and diagnosed it, the clutch master cylinder needed to be changed. I told Ryan that it was an emergency and I needed to get my car fixed as soon as possible. Ryan told me that the needed part "should arrive within two days". After waiting for two days without any notification on whether Ryan was going to come and fix my car, I was left without any update/response. The needed parts apparently had not arrived. I waited in total for more than 4 days. Putting my reliance on Ryan came with disappointment. I asked Ryan if he could give me a specific date on when the parts could arrive. To my disappointed, Ryan told me to go fix it somewhere else. With much effort getting my car fixed in time did not seem likely to happen given the amount of days I relied and waited on Ryan. I'm highly unsatisfied to how 'Savage automotive LTD' has responded to my needs and requirements. I understand that businesses can get busy, but how a efficient business responds to their customers was not met by my experience with Savage automotive LTD. I hope my experience was not due to racial preference, underlying racism etc.

Brilliant service Savage automotive, Ryan found out what was wrong with my vehicle straight away, ordered the part that same day, and had me back on the roads within the next few days. Great knowledge knows exactly what he's doing, explains everything that he is doing, and gives out advisors if he notices anything else that might go wrong in the future. I would highly recommend that if anyone is in need of any small/big work that needs doing with a great price.
