    Booked a taxi to get to airport to catch a flight. Car never turned up then they called saying they would arrive 1 hour later than booked. Ok, it was on a train strike day but poor service. Wouldn't recommend

    They do not understand what you say on the phone & I Cant understand a word they say either, just took me 15min to try get a price for a cab and at the end they couldnt even do it

    DO NOT use this cab service. Terrible service. My booking was taken and when I called back to amend it, I was told that it was never possible to take my booking in the first place & that they could no longer fulfil it. When I asked if I was going to be informed if I hadnt have called back, they said they would have cancelled it the night before my trip. Would not recommend - very unhelpful and unfriendly staff.

    Absolutely disgusting service. I booked a cab 48 hours in advance and was advised to reconfirm on the day which I did and at that point was advised I still had my booking. Throughout the night I had endless calls and voicemails from the cab firm to which I kept calling back and was asked if my cab could come early. Declining the offer for my cab to come 3 hours before my booking I was told "ok we will still come at your booking time" half an hour before my booking I contacted them to be told " your booking has been cancelled as you didn't answer your phone" Absolutely abysmal given that I had already had it reconfimed 3 times. I was then told by an extremely rude woman down the phone "if you want a cab you have to pay up front now and wait 2 hours" What kind of cab firm leaves a woman stranded alone at midnight especially as I had booked well in advance to avoid this. No one use this service its run by a bunch of unprofessional clowns. Disgusting
