        I have been visiting the sports team at Therapy and Life Centre for years. It has become part of my routine to visit them once a month to ensure that all my aches and pains are managed. I cannot fault them.

        Ive been visiting the team at Therapy and Life since it opened and cannot fault the service I receive. Im always made to feel welcome and the therapists always listen to my needs in a highly professional way. The centre is clean and tidy and I would recommend to anyone needing a sports massage or similar. I visit once a month to relieve muscle ache and always look forward to my next appointment.
