Excellent Service! I broke a part on my glasses and popped in on the off chance they could glue it back on. Turned out that wasn't possible but the chap at the front replaced the parts in a matter of minutes and charged me next to nothing.

Incompetent staff wasted my time for about an hour in the middle of the day. I had a second booking for a specialist optician to ensure my eye is healing as expected based on a visit couple of months ago. When I showed up it become apparent that optician didn't know what this appointment was about and in the end when he found the reason he didn't have skills to help me. I hope this is only an isolated incident because when dealing with eyes one would expect very good eye for detail (pun intended).
