Purnell jewellery is my favourite shop in the whole world! Outstanding quality and the most imaginative designs all at very reasonable prices. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful Vicki, if you can imagine a piece of jewellery she will design and create it for you! Simply amazing!!!

My eternity ring broke when I smacked it against the wall in the swimming pool. The ring was given to me when my son was born 22 years ago. I have 4 rings representing the past (Mother's wedding ring), the link to the present (engagement ring), present (wedding ring) and future (eternity ring). Without my eternity ring I felt like I had lost the future, so to speak! Woods had said it couldn't be repaired and quoted an extortionate amount for remaking it. I was so upset when I thought I might not be able to afford to repair it. Then Vicki at Purnell's came to the rescue and I now have it back looking stronger, brighter and shinier than ever before - and at a fifth of the price quoted by Woods! She was helpful and honest; she gave great advice and great service. I have my future back. I highly recommend her!! Thank you Vicki!
