Harwoods Jaguar Land Rover Croydon Service Centre

Absolutely appalling customer service. I've bought 2 Range Rovers from them, and they fall over themselves to keep you happy when you're spending big time with them (and I gave 5 star reviews at the time) - but when you want a minor repair, or information about additional insurance policies you took out through them - they will not answer emails or their own enquiry forms, ever. Calling them just gets "email a photo" - which is never replied to. I've emailed salesmen directly, the service department, all the email addresses on the website - nothing, for months. I'll never spend money with them again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Cort! After placing an order with the parts team, I picked up my item the very next day. Even though I arrived only five minutes before closing time and was struggling to attach the part to my car, Cort was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Despite the fact that it was after hours and he had a bandaged finger, he still took the time to offer a helping hand. This level of customer care is exactly what I consider going above and beyond. I cannot thank Cort enough for his outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction. His exceptional efforts have left a lasting impression on me, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance. Thanks again, Cort!
