LMC Scaffolding have been doing some work next to my property recently in Surbiton. This morning however, I was rudely awoken by two of the employees arguing and shouting at each other across the road. This argument included swear words and RACIST comments from whoever seemed to be the boss, towards one of the employees. As well as this, the way the work appeared to be being carried out seemed very unsafe, considering it was being completed on a main road (Brighton road), in hours where there are children on their way to school and many cars and members of the public on the road, the sound of metal poles constantly being dropped really added to the noise of the argument as well as the banging on the walls on the side of MY property.

Scafolding was paid in full on the day it was erected, agreement was made then, for it to be taken down in a month period, as usual with any other company. Work was completed and LMC on the person of Luke, does not return my calls and does not reply texts to come and collect his scafolding. When he did reply a text or picked up a call it was to lie saying he would come to collect it that day or the day after, which never happened. Im a builder and I deal with clients on a daily basis, we need to respect people and this is nothing but disrespectful and unpleasant that scafolding is still sitting on my clients driveway unnecessarily for a month now, taking up the majority of her parking space because Mr Luke keeps on using it as storage for LMC scafolding. Im gutted someone can treat a client like this and still run a business. I wish Mr Luke would just come and collect his scafolding from my clients house as it is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional to treat someone that way. Would definitely never use it again.
