Highly recommend Harwoods Croydon, extremely helpful and professional. Even had an issue after taking my new car home, called Harwoods about my concern and they no problem with bring me a courtesy car whilst they took my car back to check it over!

We were walk-ins wanting to find out more about Discovery's and test drive one. Richard Chandiram was super helpful, not a stereotypical pushy 'car salesman', he was really informative and helped us with what we were looking for within our budget. Would highly recommend Richard.

Well what can I say. The team at Land Rover Harwoods were just fantastic they treated me like VIP. They were very professional. I want to say a big thank you to Daniel, Tracey and James in the sales team for all their efforts you guys were amazing. The service they provide is top notch . I can not fault them. Also thanks to Katie in the service team for sorting out my curiosity car I really appreciate it.

A lovely showroom with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We were lucky enough to work with Richard who really listened to our needs and found us exactly what we wanted. He was supportive and available throughout the process and treated us with genuine care. He was someone who you can really trust. A fabulous experience and would highly recommend visiting.

Quality of customer support since the pandemic has fallen and not improved. Poor attention to detail and customer needs, from missing work requested in our annual service (meaning we had to do it twice) or making us travel in vain to test drive cars...that they didn't have.
