Ordered through deliveroo and they accepted the order as clearly deliveroo had them down as opened on the tablet. After waiting for over 40 mins I phoned them and they picked up to say they are closed. They didnt process order and blamed deliveroo and when I called deliveroo they blame the restaurant. Was looking forward to a take away and should have stuck to old fashioned way of ordering with restaurants that have their own drivers without these modern apps and companies . This restaurant is rubbish dont even bother with them. Both parties want to blame each other and no one takes responsibility for me paying getting no food and now having the trouble of a refund.
