At the age of 42, I can't remember there ever being a time I haven't suffered with chronic lower back pain.. caused initially from a couple of accidents in my early teens and made significantly worse by a tricky pregnancy and traumatic birth of my first daughter (7 years ago). Even though I had tried everything, nothing worked and often made it worse.
Within 6 months working with Simon, I am not only pain free, but I can also easily touch my toes and just for pure fun, have now started running.... It's an incredible transformation and one I will always be eternally grateful for. Thank you Simon x
