        Not been with this surgery for that long, but receptionist are a pleasure to speak to and really do try and help you. The nurses are lovely, really understanding and take time and dont rush your appointments. As for the doctor he is brilliant in the times Ive seen him, very polite and understanding. For how small the surgery is, getting an appointment is rarely an issues as you can book via patient access or reception. Thankyou all for your service!

        Sadly after 24 years I decided to move surgery as you just cannot get an appointment to see the GP. By 0840 after waiting on the telephone queue, the practice receptionist says no appointments for the day please call again tomorrow. When youre not feeling well and need to see a doctor, you need a practice that employs people with empathy!

        Haven't needed to visit the doctors since the start of the pandemic so wasn't sure what to expect. Spoke with the receptionist on Tuesday, a phone call from the nurse practitioner on Wednesday and she got me in for an appointment on Friday. Everyone was friendly and professional. I'm really impressed at the speed of my appointment and with the overall service. Thank you very much.
