        Alex was absolutely brilliant. My macbook keyboard broke on my laptop and Alex was able to order me a new part, and get it all fitted over 1 weekend. He collected and dropped off my laptop to me and was extremely friendly and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend using him!

        I recommended Alex to a friend after a successful repair. Unfortunately I regret this as Alex took in my friend's laptop and never returned it. After countless calls and emails, my friend has not heard from Alex since handing him her laptop. Although I have had a successful repair from this company in the past, after this troubling experience I'm rating this one star.

        It was the first time I ever used Alex's services and I have to say he was brilliant. Is a friendly, knowledgeable guy. He gave me prompt response when my MacBook Pro didn't update properly, diagnosed the issues, installed a new OS for me and sorted out the frozen operating system update issue quickly and professionally. It was a very quick and supper reasonable price. I don't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who has an issue with Mac.
