We purchased our apartment at Smitham Court in November last year and couldnt be happier. The location in Coulsdon is perfect for shops and restaurants and, as its right by the train station, the transport links locally and into London are fantastic. The apartment has been finished to a very high standard and is very modern with high quality fixtures, fittings and appliances. Dane (from The Oakwood Group) was on hand throughout the whole transaction to help with any enquiries that we had and ensured that our transaction ran smoothly. He has also been incredibly helpful following completion, helping us with every question that we had, ( and there were a few!) We would highly recommend this development by the Oakwood Group.
