        Jonny is incredibly helpful, almost 3 yrs after, albeit a tricky wheel build, he remembered what he'd done an was able to administer invaluable advice... Would definitely recommend him for any bespoke wheel build

        Alas I trashed my Roberts fixie rear Phil hub when the chain jumped off and wound off the sprocket. I went to NW to talk through replacement options. They cleaned up the hub properly, assessed it and confirmed the hub thread for the locking ring was destroyed. As we were discussing options for replacement they pointed out to me the option of turning the wheel round and fitting a six-bolt sprocket on the other side. My fixie doesn't have a rear disc so this was a great choice, possibly an improvement on the previous arrangement, and allows me to continue using an otherwise undamaged wheel. Expert advice, even if it lost them a wheel-build commission. Recommended.

        Lovely guy, great turn around time, Johnny's persevered with me as a customer, took the wheels back when I thought something was wrong but I'd bought rubbish tyres. No problems and I don't expect any.
