        Post office not open despite me visiting during the hours stated on Google maps as open. Second post office in the day I went to, first one (old lodge lane) had a broken system.

        I came in with 20 parcels to send and i was refused assistance as apparently the post office shuts at 5:30 when it clearly says 6pm on here. I didnt get help to open the door or anything.

        Arrived at 5:50pm to post an item but was told by the cashier very bluntly and rudely it was closed even though she was still sitting there and couldve taken the parcel. It says theyre open till 6 pm, very unhelpful.
