I agreed to buy a toyota Landcruiser that was advertised - we agreed a price and a part exchange value all was going fine until I asked to see the log book of the car I was purchasing - the salesman (James) got very defensive and told me that they couldn't let me have it - I said that i couldn't buy it without running checks on the car - I then found out that the car had outstanding finance and they said they wouldn't clear the finance until I put down a deposit !!! I couldn't believe my ears - why would they ask for a deposit on a car that wasn't there's to sell? Up until finance is cleared they should not be selling it !!

10/10 all round. Ive used lots of garages for my vans over the years .. I wish Id found millhouse earlier . The recovery guy (totally independent) recommended millhouse!! . I had a complex problem. They fitted me in quick(finally a garage that understands how important a van is to working people!!) these guys are friendly, good prices and most importantly know what they are doing (hello Halfords!) thanks so much! also the van is finally running better than it ever has!.
