        Not even a patient and already somehow disappointed. Unhelpful receptionist refusing to take any bookings, says "we don't take bookings" then "we don't take Saturday bookings" then "we don't take NHS patients". All of which your website says they do. Story changes every time they're questioned. Sleepy receptionist more interested in hanging up and going back to sleep then doing thier job, please retrain/restaff. Terrible experience and not even walked into the clinic yet. Will be avoiding
