        ATTENTION Im leaving this surgery. I miss the quality dentistry, good morals and ethics of Mr. Murch, the previous owner, and his team. I will miss the Hygenist. Dear Laura Thank you for your email response on here; however, I already did bring my grievances to the surgery and they were not handled well. Otherwise I wouldnt have left this review.         It's so disappointing when as a private patient you pay a lot of money for treatment ( had envisalign done by Jatan - brilliant result , 3 monthly cleaning and checkups by the lovely Aiesha - brilliant ) and expect a pleasant welcoming experience from the moment you arrive and when you leave and don't get either. 7 minutes after my appointment was due I asked if she was overrunning and she said "Nahhhh"then went to ask and found that Aiesha was waiting to find out if I'd arrived. I had my treatment which was done nicely by Aiesha , went to reception to pay and after waiting 5 minutes as the person in front was paying with coins, the receptionist said "63!" (I presumed this was the amount I owed , so paid . That was the only words she spoke to me , no please , no Thankyou , nothing . Maybe you need to think about employing someone like Lucy who was there for years and always lovely , polite and welcoming . Amanda Keogh
