My husband has be trying to contact you by phone since January in regards to booking a room for a wedding but apparently you don't answer your phones and when you do your staff are utterly incompetent that they can't even make a simple hotel reservation despite working in a hotel!?!?! Update: apparently because I've complained about the incompetent customer service this means they are refusing to book a room, the previous reviews I'd read about the managers bad attitude and complete lack of customer service are 100% accurate. Whatever happened to the customer being right, clearly not concerned about loosing business.

So we have just been to a 21st birthday party on the 22nd April 23,and at first we thought what a lovely place, and we still do , visually it's great. If not a little far out for most. My issue was with the bar. The staff had no clue what to do. And had not really been trained. One guy didn't even know how to make a shandy. Also they had no glasses, serving a jagerbomb in a half pint Stella glass. And a dram of whisky in a half pint of carlsburg. What a joke. But the worst thing was the pints and taist, at first the drinks was as normal. But then I noticed that they was putting the glasses in the dishwasher, but only for about 10 seconds. So the chemicals hadn't been rinsed out and left the drinks with a horrible taist. I refused my drink twice. And moved on to bottles. I'd like to see what the bottles of dishwasher say on the back. But I'm sure it's not supposed to be drank. I'm reporting to EHO on Monday. It's now Sunday morning and I feel shocking, and that's not a hangover. I only had 6 drinks.
