        UNHELPFUL, CANT DO ATTITUDE, WILL LITERALLY PUT EVERY OBSTACLE IN THE WAY SO SHE DOESNT HAVE TO DO JOB. CANNOT TAX VEHICLE CORRECTLY AND I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT DVLA AS THERE WAS A BLOCK, I RANG DVLA, THERE IS NO BLOCK! SIGHS AND HUFFS AS WELL!

        My husband and I called in a few weekends ago for some snacks on our way to Rutland Water, and were followed around the shop by the woman behind the counter like we were shoplifters. Every time we walked down a different aisle, she followed us, and pretended to arrange the crisps and other various items whilst she watched us. We felt very uncomfortable and only bought half of what we intended to. Then when we paid at the counter, she barely acknowledged us. Perhaps the post office should invest in some cameras to save her feet. And whilst they're at it, some lessons in customer services too.

        The staff in the shop are very helpful and polite, the one behind the post office counter is always miserable she needs to learn how to smile so her customer's feel like returning.
