        Would give zero if I could. Placed an order on 8th Feb. It is now the 25th and the order still reads as 'awaiting shipment'. Used the contact form on the website and no one responded. Tried to call them and no answer. I don't even know how to contact them to get a refund. *Update. After posting this review I finally heard back from someone and was issued a refund. Still wasn't happy with service received and won't use again.

        Visited their online shop and found a pattern I wanted which I couldn't find anywhere else. Ordered wool and the pattern which came within a couple of days. Extremely well packaged, the pattern came in a hardback envelope which impressed me, and the wool was nice and secure. A good place for your knitting needs and I'll definitely buy there again. And maybe, one day, visit in person.
