        I think the new online booking system has worked brilliantly so far, I have had almost immediate responses via text which is far more convenient that trying to ring and make an appointment. I realise it may not work for everyone but well done Firs House for trying this new system, my phone bill will go down now that I'm not queuing on the phone!
