        Corinne is a fantastic cooking teacher: you learn great techniques and recipes that are easy to make at home and she also gives a lot of very useful tips that you can't find in recipe books. I'd recommend her classes to anyone!

        Spent a lovely day with Corinne in her Macaron Masterclass. Fantastic teacher and the lesson is well structured. Brilliant hints and tips to perfect the Macarons and how to store them. Lunch was delicious, conversation was delightful. Would absolutely recommend!
