Reported my boiler was leaking water at 15.45 today, promised someone would attend today as I'm chronically ill, disabled and on the priority list. 18.00pm still nothing so rang the out of hours team who couldn't be bothered to help. Rang again at 19.00 and got a helpful lad who raised it again. Now 23.30 and still nothing. Rang them again and this time the lad rang the engineer (only 1 covering Cambridge)apparently he's got at least 20 jobs before me. So not only do I have no heating or hot water I'm not a priority and who knows when someone may arrive! Let's hope my ailing immune system can cope with the freezing temperatures. Thankfully I noticed the water before turning the microwave on that sits under it. Roll on Monday if nobodys bothers turning up...

Absolutely rubbish service Been waiting three months for New bath panel,leaky tap and kitchen ceiling repair . Excuse after excuse. Had a plumber come today to fix the tap and bath panel but aparantly was only here to do the tap??? I rang Mears while he was here and he was supposed to fit new bath panel also he just wanted to get home. Disgusting service considering they are contracted by south cambs council. Wouldnt even give 1 star if I could

I am absolutely delighted, I called today to say our heating wasn't working and within 30 minutes they had come out and sorted it. Thank you
