    As our company grew; the volume of calls to my 'phone became un-manageable by myself. Emma and her team were recommended to me online at uk business forums. Usually when you outsource calls; there is a massive decline in customer experience because the team who are answering your inbound calls do not have a vested interest or detailed knowledge of the service you provide. This is not the case with Emma and her team. They already had experience with companies who are working in my sector; so we were able to "hit the ground" running. They took the time to understand what we were trying to do; in terms of how we wanted "customer experience" to be for inbound leads. Generating inbound leads is an expensive and difficult process; and when you've generated a solid lead; as a business owner, you want the calls to be handled with empathy and professionalism. Because Emma and her team are specialists; and they also have a great telephone manner; every day I know that my inbound leads are being taken care of by some of the best people in the business. Their are also times when we get inbound leads that maybe aren't a great fit for either them or us. Emma and her team are able to tactfully and professionally give these leads solutions; in terms of solving the issue that they have phoned us to try to resolve. I would also say that the feedback they have given us; in terms of honing our customer experience on the front line; has led to some significant improvements in customer experience. Since Emma and her team started working with us just 11 months ago our google review status has risen to 4.2 stars (out of 18 reviews) and our business has almost doubled in size. This is not a co-incidence. Emma and her team are the stars of their industry.
