    If I could give 0 stars I would. We received an outstanding bill, 5 months after moving into our property, for a heck of a lot of energy we had apparently used in the first 3 days of living in this properly, before the switch to our current supplier had completed. After 4 phone calls of trying to explain that it is virtually impossible for us to of used almost 100 worth of energy in the space of 72 hours, we got no where so I agreed to pay the outstanding bill for an easy life! I explained that because this was an unaccounted expense, I would not be-able to pay the amount in full but rest assured I would pay the full amount within a month. I received threatening letters, saying that I needed to pay the outstanding bill, so I kindly asked that they not send any more letters as we had already made a payment agreement, but still the letters and emails kept on coming and the debt was then passed onto a recovery company who then proceeded to send the emails and letters. Absolutely appalling and disgusting to be sending threatening letters and emails in a cost of living crisis, especially under the circumstances. I will NEVER use EDF as my energy provider and I wont hesitate to inform anyone and everyone of how unprofessional they are.

    Don't even know where to start I live in a 1 bedroom flat on my own and I am spending at least 60-70 a month only on gas I can never get an exact reading on the app they told me they would send me a smart meter and haven't I'm on prepayment and I am putting 10 every 2 days and apparently I am using 3-4 a day on gas how is this possible I work I'm hardly at home I called them to double check if this was right and all they said was" I can't see what your using its not coming up but it must be right " USELESS!!!

    Very poor company made a call to try and figure out how I have used over 500 pound in gas and electric in 3 days with just me and my 1 year old son and a I got was this is right and you are in debt to us no explanation and not willing to tell me how DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    Nothing but issues with this company!! No one every understands you, they billed me for 2 months in one go because apparently they couldnt get the readings yet its a smart meter so they get them automatically yet more to the point they never contacted me to ask me to send them as they couldnt get them that month! Which left me having to set up a payment plan as obviously with the cost of living atm being ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I couldnt afford to pay 2 months in 1 go! Cant wait to move to another company this company is more stress than its worth!
