        Cath is a great host it was a bit of a trip back in time for me because I used to live next door all my childhood. Anyway the room was large clean, well presented and breakfast was fab. Manor Farm is part of the history of Coton in the Elms and its now playing its role as a fabulous b&b. Remember this is a 200 year old house so it will creak and rattle. That aside more fun that a hotel that would be two or three times the price.
