Building Surveys - Devon, Exeter, Taunton, Somerset and West Dorset

We booked Dominic for a level 3 building survey prior to the purchase of a particularly dated property. I was able to get hold of Dominic with my first call and we were quickly able to discus available dates. Dominic completed an extremely thorough survey and provided us with an extensive and well documented report, identifying items that I wouldnt have even thought about looking at. What followed for me is the most important part of his service. Dominic was on hand to answer questions and provide feedback on findings, being extremely quick to respond may I add. Dominic was recommended to us when we were in the process of purchasing our new home. Because of the age of the property (1873) and the timeline of when it was converted he recommended we have a Level 3 Building Survey Report conducted. We received a concise, precise 132 page document that was very easy to read. The report had an index with easy to go to sections, photos and colour coded condition ratings which helped us conclude any risks and problems in order of severity. This was a huge help when organising a to do list for when we moved in. Dominic kept in touch with us throughout the process and he was polite, friendly and professional to communicate with.
