I have worked in the Care Sector for many years and can now retire from my Company with Pride in the workforce. Well led from the Management team in place, headed by my own Daughter, Amy Thornton and an office so organised and up to date with all the Policies and Procedures, Spot Checks and everything else that has to be part of a successful care agency these days. The Care provided is second to none and I am so proud that this is the case because if you do not care it shows. I have every confidence in the future for the Carers and all the Service Users under the care of 'The Local Care Group', that they will go from strength to strength and set a fabulous example to others of how it should be done. Well done to the new Management team, Sian and Natasha, for making the magic happen. Keep up the good work. We need you in Social Care!

This company goes above and beyond. They are looking after my mum and she is happier and her well being improved since they took over ! The owner of the business is very kind, compassionate and very professional! I recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of service.I sleep better at night knowing that my mum is looked after in the best possible way. Thank you so much for your dedication!

I am the Registered Manager at The Local Care Group and can honestly say I love working for this small family run organisation. The care team are committed, caring and motivated. The culture of the group is positively enjoyable, with each and every member of staff applying their full efforts for the care of the people they support.
