TERRIBLE! Called at 5:08 was told 15 mins. Informed them I was Waiting with a small baby in the cold. 25 mins later I called and was told 8 more mins. 10 mins later called again to be told a car was not actually on its way! Freezing baby and toddler - totally unacceptable- called an Uber which arrived in 5 mins! Shocking service.

Turned up 20 minutes late. Had to make calls to find out why. Was pre-booked several days before.

Was verbally threatened multiple times by the taxi driver. The taxi was pre-booked and arrived 20 minutes late (these things happen), then upon arrival I was told it's cash only when it clearly states on the website all drivers accept card. He didn't have a card machine so had to make a call and relay my details to someone over the phone which I wasn't totally comfortable with. But I'm writing this review mainly because I was verbally threatened by the driver as I got out the car and closed the door behind me. He felt I slammed the door. He was aggressive and threatened me multiple times. It was really quite shocking. Don't believe what it says on their website, from accepting card payments to priding themselves on quality customer service. Never experienced anything like it. Service: Limousines
