Paul came round this morning to do a EPC on my rented flat. The whole process only took a few minutes to complete and he was very polite and professional and he came a little earlier than expected so that was a bonus.

Paul from P Cookson called to check on the job I required doing and explained the process. He gave a firm appointment date and turned up on time. New light fittings were installed together with new led dimmer switches. Thoroughly good clean job and would highly recommend.

I m feeling Disappointed for my EPC report, because all street the property wall with cavity as built in 1970, but same street any others property wall with cavity in The EPC report is good or average, only my property wall with cavity is poor( assumed)in EPC D report27/10/2022, so I cant understand what is the EPC standard? even my before EPC D expired 2026 , for the wall with cavity is good , he know I do many improvement work , EPC D still is same , what I looking for ? Waste time & money for the new EPC , dont recommend.
