Church Farm Care Home at Rusticus

I had an absolutely dreadful time with management. They swept all my complaints under the carpet . I felt ostracised and bullied by seniors and management who swept issues under the carpet I was so very depressed during my stay there. On reading the reviews I see that some of them have been written by carers who did nothing but complain to me about their working conditions and lack of support from management. This is whilst I was residing there and situationally depressed. Rusticuss do everything in their power not to deal with or document complaints. If your loved one is suffering from dementia (in particular)please don't send them here as they may not be able to relay to you if they're unhappy with the service. I was there for ten months and extremely unhappy and felt alone for at least 9 months. I had raised many complaints that were not dealt with in any way shape or form Management wanted me to stay quiet but I'm afraid I won't do that. My poor treatment by senior staff and management will affect me for the rest of my life . It has now been 6months since leaving the care home complaints have still not been resolved

Great place to work, the management support all staffs and all the residents are cared like a family member.
