Service aprs vente dsastreux Car avec toutes ces pannes vous drangez le patron un certain M Lomas en Angleterre Qui finit par ne plus vous rpondre En 3 ans jai dpens 2 fois le prix du chariot et on la mis aux ordures il y a 2 semaines Amis franais , ne faites pas la mme erreur Ce matriel chinois bas de gamme ne tient pas dans la dure Moi mme jai un trolem depuis 9 ans. Mike at Smartcaddy couldn't have been more helpful with regards to sorting me out a new Lithium battery for my trolley. My old battery had given up the ghost suddenly and I was in need of a battery forthwith and was teeing off at 11am. I told Mike of the situation and he put the battery on charge straight away which I picked up later.. This enabled me to play golf straight away. Top customer service that ... I can highly recommend.

It was bought as my 50th birthday present for me by my wife after 2 1/2 years the bottom frame bracket cracked and although still under warranty all I got was anyone who does TIG welding can fix that for you!! If you want to return it the box is 40 plus postage. The first remote died after a little over a year. The trolley died on me last Saturday and Im giving it to a friend for spares for his. A shame I love the design but it just doesnt last. My old motocaddy S1 now 8 years old that I sold to a friend is still going strong. Ive replaced it with a powakaddy
