I recently completed treatment for torn muscle scar tissue to my right shoulder wasnt sure what the problem was until first visit to see James , he quickly assessed my problem and treated it accordingly He explained to me the treatment and approx how long it would take, this turned out to be correct i can only express my thanks to James for the way he treated me and my problem. Too long to wait on the NHS after being told by the physio that I needed a steroid injection... Came home and looked up for private...phoned up and got in the same day...James was very thorough and pleasant...I had the injection done and not looked back since...would definitely recommend...and after 2 weeks got a courtesy call off James to see how I was doing...

After a prolonged period of increasing pain and difficulty from my shoulder I saw my GP and was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder (again) and put on a seemingly endless waiting list for treatment. A web search found PhysioNeeds at Cotgrave who offered Capsule Hydrodilation treatment. After a slightly uncomfortable session when my shoulder was injected, the improvements have been rapid and dramatic. Some further treatment has been needed to strengthen the shoulder, but the damage caused by prolonged pain has to be repaired and that takes time once the cause is fixed. I would recommend this treatment if you are in pain.

We got my wife Kathryn in for a steroid injection at short notice ,thorough examination before having injection...Would highly recommend ...
