I have never had any issues with getting an appointment and have always been seen promptly. A very busy practice with thousands of people to look after, which people often forget! Lovely, caring people and always helpful to me. Thank you for your continued care in our community.

Always had great service from reception. Easy to get convenient appointment. Medical staff helpful and friendly. Never had a problem getting prescriptions. Recently had well man check and got blood results next day.

If I could I would give it 0, I since moved surgery due to never calling back, can't get face to face appointments and never actually check in with my results even though I have to have bloods taken on a regular basis.

There is either a fault with the phone lines or a deliberate attempt to stop people getting through. If you ring at 7:59:59 you are told the surgery is closed and opens at 8:00. If you ring dead on 8:00 you get an engaged tone. You continue to get an engaged tone well after 8:00
