Richard came out today within a few hours to fix the roof having sprouted a leak in the single storey extension ceiling. Lovely chap and so helpful. He even filled in a bit of mortar between a few bricks where it was missing for free! I'd thoroughly recommend his services.

Lovely enough guy on first meeting but awful communication. We paid in advance for some work (at his request), overdue on promised date so we had to chase. No show on new date, again had to chase. Eventually tested our patience to the degree we asked for our money back. Refund transaction was efficient enough. Clearly under pressure but mate - you are not the only one, your customers are busy too!

I asked Richard to do a small glazing job for me. It was done within a day of making contact which was excellent and I really appreciated getting it done so quickly. They did a great job, were friendly and provided good advice on other work I needed doing in the future. I would recommend to anyone.

Richard came recommended by a friend after I had been searching for someone to find the underlying cause of a leak around a Velux window that three others hadn't been able to fix. He not only figured out where the problem lay but also managed to rectify it in one visit, so now we have a dry ceiling - Very happy with the quality of the work and the communication - very happy to recommend.
