Stragglethorpe Firewood Logs/Coal

Really friendly and helpful on the phone. We were grateful for our delivery as we were out of area - but the guy honoured a transition someone else took. Happy to pay fuel cost as he was so pleasant.

The wood was not the volume advertised (1m3) was much less The log themselves was small and poor quality..

Fantastic service. Phoned first thing Tuesday morning, and was told they were delivering to my area that same day. 3 hours later, my wood store was restocked and ready for winter. The quality of the firewood is excellent too. Burns like a dream and kicks out plenty of heat. Fairly priced, and with free delivery too. Will definitely be using Stragglethorpe again. Highly recommended.

Due to the ridiculous cost of utilities, I installed 2 log burners in 2022. Stragglethorpe were very helpful and gave me great advice as a newcomer to burning logs. Delivery is always on point, I buy loose logs and the driver almost tips the logs in my garage ready for storage. Beware of many local companies advertising cheaper prices, but end up letting you down on delivery days. Im sticking with Stragglethorpe Logs as the quality of wood is excellent and burns very efficient.

Excellent service. They even contacted me to arrange an earlier delivery to avoid rain which was forecast on the original delivery day!
