Natalie is fantastic, shes helped us with our 'challenging' Border Terrier pup, explaining what pup was thinking and why she was reacting every time another dog came near. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable and understands the theory and real world application of her extensive qualifications to help us understand and solve our dogs issues. Natalie will listen to our problems and suggest the best approach to calm and control our dog - making sure we understood what was is needed, and that we needed to be consistent to get our dog to respond the way we want. Great suggestions for when and how to reward the behavior we want, and ignore the behavior we don't. Can't recommend Pawsitive training highly enough

Natalie is brilliant, she has helped us loads with our young and reactive dog, she's super knowledgeable, kind and so patient. She never seemed to tire of my endless questions and took the time to answer everything i asked. Natalie clearly loves dogs and just wants the best for them and their owners. I found Natalie to be totally non-judgemental which was really valued and important to me as a first time dog owner. Natalie also goes over and above and was on hand with some great advice when my dog got attacked, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natalie and Pawsitive Dog behaviour

Bertie (my pooch) and I started working with Natalie at Pawsitive Dog Behaviour earlier this year, just before Covid-19 hit. We had our first face to face training session followed up with a few calls and emails and Natalie was absolutely amazing, giving me some really helpful and insightful training tips on how I can help Bertie and train him better. Our next face to face session unfortunately had to be put on hold because of the Covid-19 restrictions and as such Natalie suggested moving this to a mix of online training sessions and telephone consultations following videos I sent her of Bertie either training or out walking. At first I was hesitant as I didn't think this would work as well as face to face sessions however I decided to give this a go as I didn't want to stop the great work that Natalie had already started. Well all I can say is I was completely and utterly wrong. I've taken several videos that I send Natlaie via Whatsapp and she can then take her time to review them and follow up with a call to me. When we are then on the call I can watch the video at the same time and she, very expertly and patiently, breaks down Berties behaviour, and more importantly mine, so that I can see and understand what he is doing, what his body language is showing me and what I can then do to help him. We've also had a training session by Zoom and that also went really well, making it easier to start the scent training with him at home in a place where he is comfortable and without any other distractions. If you, like I was, are hesitant about trying the training like this then honestly don't be as it really does work. I love going through the videos on our calls and believe this works far better than it would have face to face as I can see Bertie's and also my behaviour and replay it as many times as I like which helps me understand it all better. I really couldn't recommend Natalie and training in this new way enough. She is hugely knowledgeable and a fabulous help and I'm looking forward to our next video call review and Zoom training.
