SCAMMERS - Tomasz takes money, then delivers sub-standard product, different to what was agreed and is not willing to rectify the faults and ceases communication. Court action pending.

Sadly, a shockingly poor experience. Provided quotation based on photos provided. Then, cancelled one appointment. Did not call, however, to rearrange and did not pick up the phone either for a few days. After a few days I managed to get in touch with him to rearrange. On the day of the second appointment... you guessed it. He did not turn up. Did not even bother to cancel this time. Phone was off, then did not answer. Never heard back. Completely unreliable, time waster. NOT recommended...

We are now in court to get our money back. TP Joinery have re-made our stair case 3 times and each time the building inspectors have condemed them as totally against building regulations. After being recommended, our builders will never recommend them again, quite the opposite. * Thomas came out prior to the builders creating a 1st floor to measure up and quote for a twisted staircase with oak ends and posts. * The builder asked for him to double check his measurments before the final boards were put in. * We chased delivery and he stopped communication. * Went to their unit to be told the stairs are not possible to be built in the quoted style. * Wanted money prior to build, needing them like yesterday as moving in stupidly paid! * Agreed for a new syle to be made, with oak ends and posts. * Set 2 arrived, see photo's. The treads were so narrow they failed the building inspector and condemnd not fit for purpose. * Thomas agreed to build a new set. *Arrived a full 4 weeks later, claiming the stairs are ready. Arrived and took the stairs out and left a ladder, claiming will be back this afternoon. * 10 days we had to go up and down a ladder to go to bed. * 3rd attempt... Looking good, I said "they are not straight", "I know, they will be, not finished yet". I went to work and returned, he had gone and well yet another set that do not pass building regulations. They took 10 days because he used the old stairs to make the new and filled any cut outs. Bottom steps all good but could have been taller and the top 3 steps are 8cm taller than the rest of the stairs. This man does not take measurements. Make sure you have a full detailed drawing and plan before you appoint. Don't pay anything until you are happy. We have ended up with fire wood. We didn't want to take him to court as liked Thomas and even said he could keep 500 for the wood and trouble but he will not give our money back so we are having to sue him and his business through the courts. Find a reliable joiner. Builder and building inspectors will confirm this statement as 100% true and you can have their numbers if you would like to discuss our experience with them. So sad. We are now living in a house yet again with no stairs after 10 months in the making and cost us 2,300.
