        The storage isnt great, staff fare but not very helpful but the back office accountancy is terrible, they promised to inform me when I needed to pay them again and to give me two months notice I asked so many times while I was paying in a big chucks at a time and they couldnt do a simple answer, then after months and months went by I get this huge bill, so I asked them to send me a detailed bill over and over again. Finally a bill turned up and they were still charging me for storage I hadnt been using for over 3 months plus. I agreed a payment plan with them and this still wasnt good enough for them so again I asked them for updates, Im absolutely fed up asking them over and over again how much I owe and getting no reply. For your own sake stay away from Wensum Self Storage, I dont recommend them and would never go back even though they are cheap. Very rude and no apology for how I was treated. Nothing good enough for this company.
